You only need three things: 1) Be a Ugandan citizen; 2) Be at least 18 years old; 3) Have a valid mobile phone number. No collateral or guarantor required.

How long does the review take?
We use a fully automated credit assessment system. Approval can be completed in as fast as 5 minutes. No waiting for manual calls or lengthy approval processes.

What if my application is rejected?
If you are not approved this time, you can maintain good credit behavior and reapply after 3 days. We will also gradually increase your credit limit based on your usage.
Disbursement & Receipt

After approval, how soon will I receive the funds?
Once approved, funds are immediately deposited to your linked mobile money wallet or bank account, usually within minutes.

Will the amount I receive be less than what I applied for?
No. We are committed to transparent pricing. The amount you receive is exactly the amount you selected during application. All fees (interest, service charges, etc.) are clearly displayed before you apply, with no advance deductions.
